1. Artwork Requirements

  • Black and white, camera ready - Sharp black & white line art only. A minimum of
    300% larger than imprint size is required.
  • Multi-colored Imprints - Please submit black and white separation for each color.
  • E-mail - Artwork can be accepted via e-mail. Please provide IBM compatible format, 600 DPI minimum, Tiff, Corel Draw, Corel Photo Paint, Adobe Illustrator, EPS or
    Bitmap file. Include font styles with logos.
  • All fonts must be included or "converted to outlines or curves."


2. Artwork Charges

  • Sep Up Charges - $45.00(G) each position, each color applies to all new orders unless otherwise noted in catalog. Repeat orders$25.00(G) each position, each color.
  • Modification of Art - Orders that require alterations are subject to a minimum charge of
    $40.00(G) per logo.
  • Art is kept on file for one year for repeat orders.


3. Credit Terms

  • Credit - Net 30 day terms are only available to customers with prior credit approval. New customers require 100% prepayment.


4. Pricing

  • Co-op Programs - Co-op programs may be established by special quotation.
  • Color Change - $25.00(G)
  • Drop Ship - 1-3 Drop ship locations- No charge
    4+ Drop ship locations- $5.00(G) each drop ship.
  • Larger Than Catalog Quantities - Please contact factory for quotation.
  • Less Than Minimum Charge - $45.00(G) - Absolute minimum order processed is 50% of the minimum quantity listed in the catalog.
  • Oxidization - $.30(C) each pc.
  • Paper Proof (Faxed) - No charge. Factory will not be responsible for any errors or changes once paper proof has been approved.
  • Personalized Laser Engraving - Pens$1.25(G), Wood boxes$2.50(G), Key Rings$2.00(G) per personalization. Minimum charge for personalization$45.00(G). Please supply list of personalized names in notepad format, save as file TXT.
  • Pictures/Certificates - Insertion of certificates or pictures in the picture frame$0.30(G). Pictures or certificates must be supplied by customer.
  • Pre-production Samples - $30.00(G) per color per location. Plus cost of the product. This charge is a separate charge, neither refundable nor deductible from the production order. Set up charges will be charged at time of production.
  • Refills - Standard color i s black ink. If blue ink is requested, there will be an extra charge of $0.30(G) each.
  • Run Charge - Applies to second location, second color or where otherwise noted in catalog standard.
  • Rush Orders - Standard lead time is 7-10 working days after approval of art. All orders requiring short lead time will be charged a rush charge. Please call for quote.
  • Samples - Blank or random samples are billed at end quantity price plus freight. Samples are not returnable.
  • Split Shipments - $15.00(G) per shipment will be charged to orders that require partial shipments more than one time.
  • Unimprinted Merchandise - Use next column price for any quantity larger than first column quantity. Use first column price for any quantity less than first column quantity. Minimum invoice$200.00(C).


5. Production

  • Overruns/ Underruns - The factory reserves the right to ship over or under 5% of the quantity ordered.
  • PMS Match - PMS colors will be matched as close as possible at $20.00(G).
  • Scheduling - General production time is 7-10 working days after approval of art.
    Aproximately 6-8 weeks for special orders from factory.
  • Screen printing or pad printing - Please note that screenprinting or pad printing is not permanent and imprint durability cannot be guaranteed.
  • Wood - Because of the natural characteristics of wood, the grain, stain and color may differ from one item to another.


6. Returns

  • Defective Product Must be reported to us within 5 working days from arrival and returned within 30 days. Imprinted product may only be returned because of defect and
    may be replaced with unimprinted items.
  • Factory Authorization is required before returns will be accepted.
  • Imprinted Merchandise - Sale of imprinted merchandise is final and non-returnable.


7. Shipping

  • F.C.A. Yorba Linda, California (INCO Terms 2000)
  • Shipping Method - UPS, Fed-ex, Airborne Etc. For U.S postal service a $10.00 per box fee will be charged.
  • Routing - Orders not indicating specific routing will be shipped according to our best judgement. We can only assure ship dates from our warehouse and cannot be responsible for carrier or en-route delays.
  • International Shipments - Please provide a commercial invoice with order. All duties, taxes and entry fees are customers responsibility. All international shipments must be freight prepaid.
